Signature Edition Games is part of Merge Games, a UK-based indie publisher with over seventy man-years of experience in the video-game business. We’re now bringing all our years of blood, sweat and tears together to bring you Signature Edition Games, collectors’ editions of the very best indie games on Switch, PS4, and PC.
These Signature Edition releases are just awesome. You’ll notice a bunch of notable titles as you browse their selection — gems like Dead Cells, Moonlighter, and Darkest Dungeon.
RIOT Civil Unrest Signature Edition is my first, and I have to say I’m quite impressed. To start, the packaging is top-notch, blows other competition out of the water.
First thing you’ll notice with these Signature Edition titles is the price: they’re extremely reasonable.
For $45 USD this Signature Edition package includes:
- Region Free Nintendo Switch ‘RIOT: Civil Unrest’ Game
- Two limited edition enamel pin badges
- Original soundtrack CD
- Numbered Signature Edition certificate
- Collector’s art card
- RIOT: Civil Unrest artbook (sketchbook)
- Sturdy ‘Sierra’ box with outer sleeve featuring alternative artwork
Seems like most publishers are charging $30 – $35 for just a physical release. For an extra ten bucks you get a boatload of goodies! I especially love the attention to detail on the enamel pin packaging.
Can’t recommend Signature Edition games (powered by Merge) enough! These folks are super responsive, shipping is fast and inexpensive, and the titles they offer are killer! Check them out.

Andrew has been a nerd his whole life. He built his first computer when he was 8, started working in the IT industry at 15, and played competitive Counter-Strike at 16. His interest in amiibo started before their release but didn’t really take off until after the new year. He doesn’t like to admit it but Little Mac and WFT are among the amiibo that he had pre-ordered from Amazon but cancelled before their release. Little did he know a few months later he’d help start Amiibo Alerts. Gaming has always been his passion. He grew up with an NES, Sega Genesis, and PS2 before realizing that PCs truly are better than consoles.
The urge to be a little better, brought on by being a gamer, is what pushes him to help make Amiibo Alerts and Nintendeal amazing communities. Together with the team he has built, he is realizing a life-long dream: bringing something helpful and fun to a large group of people. Andrew’s role at Amiibo Alerts and Nintendeal as Founder and Editor in Chief allows him to create and build contacts within the community, review and present products, and stay on top of all things Nintendo.
Plays: Switch, PC, Xbox One, PS4, WiiU, 3DS, Vita, and board games.
